Ingredients
- Base:
- ½ cup Liberation Organic cashews, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes
- 2 cups water
- Optional Add-Ins for Extra Flavor:
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Soak the Cashews
Place the cashews in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let soak for 15 minutes, then drain.

Blend the Ingredients
Add the soaked cashews, 2 cups of water, and optional flavoring to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Store and Enjoy
Transfer to a clean bottle or jar and refrigerate. Shake well before serving. Keeps for up to 3 days in the fridge.
