Refund policy
At Liberation Foods we really hope you enjoy all of our products but we understand that this may not always be the case.
You can return your product within 30 days after purchase, anything after 30 days we cannot offer a refund.
Your order must be in its original packaging, unopened and not damaged including any stock that has been ordered in a case. If you have ordered “CASE” stock please ensure the seal is not broken.
Please note we do not cover the charge of shipping the stock back, therefore you will need to cover the cost. We advise using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of delivery as we cannot issue a refund until we have received the stock back.

If you have received any of our stock damaged or defective we will be happy to replace these as per original order. Please contact us with a picture of the damaged product along with your name and order number.
