Ingredients

8 ounces unsweetened almond milk

3 ice cubes

1 banana, peeled

¼ cup raw cashews

¼ teaspoon ginger

1 small carrot

3 cups baby spinach or kale

 

 

Method

Place the ingredients in the order above in your blender and blitz until smooth, about 40 seconds.

Drink immediately
