This week (15th – 21st May 2017) is National Vegetarian Week which is all about eating veggie for the week and enjoying delicious, exciting food.
Liberation Foods will be celebrating by rustling up one of its delicious veggie recipes made with its Fairtrade nuts – all of which are veggie friendly.
As well as being a tasty, nutritious snack, nuts are a versatile cooking ingredient and an environmentally-friendly source of protein. What’s more, in the case of Fairtrade nuts, they create a positive impact on producer communities.
